Color Grade to "standard" of "cinema" setting on my monitor?

I am learning color grading. My Samsung monitor has 3 "standard" settings.
1. Standard

2. Cinema

3. Dynamic Contrast.

When I color grade for "standard" and then switch the monitor to "cinema", it looks terrible. Then I set the monitor to Dynamic Contrast, it looks better than "Cinema" and different from standard.

When I look at a movie with the monitor on "standard", it looks flat, washed out a bit. When I set the monitor on "cinema" the movie looks much better. "Dynamic Contrast" improves the way the movie looks too, but "cinema" is better

I know that most people will not have a Samsung monitor like mine. I think the actual cinemas will not have the exact, if close at all, setting I have for "cinema".

I also have a BenQ that has an sRGB setting which looks closer to my Samsung in "standard" than the Samaung in the other two, "Cinema" or "Dynamic Contrast".

Any advice on what to do? Grade to Standard or sRGB or Cinema or Dynamic or what?
I tried to take screen shots in th emodes, but they came out the same as Standard. So I took pictures of the screen with my phone. While not that close to the actual, the other shots show you there is a radical difference

SDR video ... standard dynamic range ... uses the Rec.709/Bt.1886 standards.

Devices playing this back are expected to uee all the details of that standard: sRGB color primaries, D65 white point, and a display transform of gamma 2.4.

Look for a Rec.709 setting. Those ones given are all trying to juice the image rather than simply applying the standards.

Use the Rec.709, as the sRGB is typically a stills option, and that doesn't set the display transform to 2.4.
