Color of text and rectangle shape changes on export.
For YEARS now, I have created short, corporate movies using Adobe Premeiere Pro. The movies often feature the use of color #FF7700 (an orange color) for text and images created using the shape tool. Two weeks ago I created a short movie as normal, including the use of the above color for text and vector images. I exported the movie via Media Encoder in exactly the same way I have for YEARS i.e. using the pre-sets. For some reason, the orange text and vector image exports as red. The one change that may/may not have affected things is that my IT department chose to delete my NVIDIA GEForce software from my laptop approx. 2 weeks ago. After I started experiencing these issues, I asked them to re-install it, which they have done. However the issue still remains.
I've reported the issue via this Adobe Community Forum ( https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-bugs/color-of-text-and-rectangle-shape-changes-on-export... ) and tried some of the suggestions put forward, however nothing seems to work.
Below are details of my laptop and APP software:

Hello @Jude5CC3,
Good morning. I very much appreciate you sending the files to me. I sent them along to our engineers, who specialize in color issues. Here is their reply:
"The editor is working with an HLG sequence but exporting in Rec 709, causing the hue shift. Try choosing the HLG preset or change the sequence settings to Rec 709. Then the colors should appear as expected."
Please try these troubleshooting steps given by the engineering staff and report back. Did it solve your issue? Please

Sorry, but was not able to get to this yesterday due to other issues.
Will try to get at it later today though.

Hello
For some reason, Adobe Premiere Pro has stated behaving very strangely when I use one color - orange. I've made 50 odd movies in Adobe premiere Pro using my company's orange font, without issue.
One possible change to declare is that I had NVIDIA GEForce software removed from my laptop 2 weeks ago.
This week, I created a movie using normal my orange color for fonts and and to create a rectangle shape. For some reason, the color appears as red. I've tried exporting the file in different formats, I've tried uploading a LUT (found from a search on YouTube), but the colour orange in still displaying as red. Ironically, other colours seem to export as I see them on the edit screen i.e. correctly. The images below show 1. what I see in the edit screen and 2. what I see on the exported file. (I've covered up any confidential stuff on the jpeg's using a pen tool). Any ideas?
Display in Edit mode
Display on exported movie (I removed one square and colored the cream square differently before exporting, hence the slight discrepancy in images)

Not sure this would be a driver issue, but from your post, the first thing I'd do is do a "clean install" of the newest Nvidia Studio driver.
Then we'll see what happens, if anything. This is very odd ...

Had it (the driver) installed yesterday by my IT team. Im a bit ignorant of these things. How do I tell APP that Ive installed the NVIDIA driver again? Will it automatically detect this? Or do I have to link it in some way?

Nothing to do on your part, it will just use the resources as they exist.
I'd also close Premiere, and hold a modifier key down while restarting. Then select 'dump cache files' ...

Hello.
I followed your suggestions. Unfortunately they didnt seem to improve things. The problem still exists.
Incidentally, just to test things, I change the orange colour to flourescent green. It exported in exactly in the correct shade of green I had chosen. This is weird. It seems APP just dislikes the orange (and variants of it I've tested) I've used for years!!!

This does seem very odd. I think it might help if your share just the .prproj file for someone to test.

I get what you get. The Orange graphic is a shape layer in a graphic with two text layers, one of which appears to be empty.
Exported with your default settings as .mp4 and on reimport, the graphic is red.
Nothing I tried (e.g. delete the other layers in the graphic, change export to software) helped. But if I change the sequence setting to Rec 709, I get Orange on export. Color is not my thing; more text and graphics.

Ok Stan.
Thanks for looking. How very odd. I won't use that template as the basis of any future movie!

What was the sequence CM setting in the project? Did the export presets match ... if it's not set to Rec.709, it would have been either HLG or PQ. So did the export presets have the color space in the preset names?

Hello
I hope you will forgive me. I'm not totally clued up on this software so I'm sending you a few screenshots for you to see my settings. Incidentally, I tend to use the same settings for all of my movie exports. Which makes the sudden issue with the colour orange even more strange.
