some strange behavior slow performance and some choppy play back? then an error code 1609629690

Well it was a preview render not an export to begin with . I have reinstalled 2015 .2 pretty smooth so far I'll try the new update another time.

Eroor happened to me after renaming my project inside the explore's folder. "Save as " the project with another name solved it.

Same error but re-saving and re-naming the project didn't fix it. Seems to be some issue with my Transform edits.

I just received this message too. Only I know why.

As the video was rendering, I was doing some scriptwriting. I saved the file in the folder 1. Within that folder is folder 2, that my project's assets are in. I then renamed folder 1 to another name, which confused Premiere.

I got the error, hit cancel and then it was trying to locate everything. It then said I had to Save As to proceed.

It now works fine.

Lesson, don't touch folder names till rendering is done.

Dont use match sequence setting, you used the preview codec,
