Exporting Errors

Hello All!

Apologies for a lengthy post. I wanted to go to the community because I'm new to Premiere Pro and I tried many things that I found on google searches but I found no answers. I'm stuck with always getting exporting errors when I'm rendering a video I edited.

Errors I always see:

-Error compiling movie. Error code: 3, 9, -1609629690.

Things I tried:

- Premiere pro and AME up to date.

- Opened the sequence into a new project.

- Eliminated all punctuations of all my files.

- Tried different formats: H.264, MP4, AVI, HEVC, Quicktime

- Tried exporting in premiere pro and AME

- Tried Hardware exporting and Software exporting

- Drivers of everything is up to date.

Things to note:

- I've only had one successful export which was software exporting but it took 12+ hours to render. But I've also failed a software exporting

- All my errors happened at different times in the video so it isn't a video effect or file that is corrupt.

- I have a Nvidia GeForce 3060 12GB and a AMD Ryzen 9 7950X 16core

Please if anyone has answer please let me know. Thanks!!!

Sorry for the basic question, but do you have enough free space on the drive you're exporting to? Looking at your timecodes, this looks like a lenghty episode (over an hour if I'm not mistaken), and not having enough space can cause such errors.

Yes. I’m exporting to a 5TB external hard drive. It’s a new drive that is
connected to the USB ports on the back of my computer. It’s a USB 3.2 port
if that matters.

What about your media cache, is it also set to a drive with enough space?

The random timecodes where it's failing indicates that there shouldn't be anything wrong with your timeline, I'm just trying to figure out what might be causing the error.
