Anyone have a solution? I've exhasted all of these potential fixes but nothing seems to work. Please let me know, I just spent a lot of money on this new computer, but it's pointless without premiere

@Warren Heaton Thanks warren. I chatted with them but we weren't able to resolve the issue. I found that Premiere and After Effects had been downloaded to my computer and I'm able to use them, but Creative Cloud does not recognize that they're downloaded. This means I can't access certain features, like importing After Effects comps into Premiere, etc. Not the end of the world but a weird bug for sure. Has anyone else experienced this?

Just tried that new Creative Cloud download link you posted and it didn't work.
I need to get on Premiere ASAP. It's the only reason I bought this M1 Max

@John26337283mf1q try downloading through creative cloud, it will fail most likely. But check your applications folder after, I found that it had successfully downloaded and I was able to use the softare, but the creative cloud app didn't recognize it. After a few days I tried to install again through CC and it worked. All the above steps I tried but nothing worked the first day I had my computer. Maybe they resolved it in an update. Best of luck.

Thank you.
The thing is, it doesn't automatically pop up  when you try to install Premiere, so I needed to use Terminal.
I assume that's fine, correct?

This worked for me! I was having the same problem, over and over again, but chekced my application folder and sure enough, premiere was there and all I had to do was double click and we're off to the races. Thank you!

For what it's worth, using @Mohammad Aamir Khan's link and installing the M1-friendly version of Creative Cloud Desktop seemed to do the trick for me. Thanks!

SOLVED!!

Just copy and paste this line into Terminal:

/usr/sbin/softwareupdate --install-rosetta

Follow the prompt in Terminal (Type the letter "A" and hit enter) and you're good to go! 🙂
