'Formato no admitido o archivo dañado' Error al importar archivos en Premiere.

Cuando intento importar archivos de vídeo me sale el siguiente error: ‘Formato no admitido o archivo dañado’. No tengo ni idea de por qué puede ser, estoy un poco desesperado. No me deja importar nada que sea mp4 y cuando abro premiere tampoco me deja abrir los videos de pruebas, probe miles de soluciones pero ninguna me funciona.

 

He probado a desinstalar Premiere y nada.

 

Ojalá puedan ayudarme porque he de montar un trabajo para pasado mañana... Gracias por adelantado.

Hola,

yo tengo el mismo problema. Intento importar archivos con varias formatos (mp4, mp3, avi, mov..) y Premiere no reconoce ninguno. Desde mi ordenardor puedo reproducir estos archivos con cualquier reproductor. Adjuntos dos archivos en mp4 que sí podía reproducir con la versión 24

 

El problema ha surgido al actualizar a la versión 25.0 desde Creative Cloud. Me gustaría volver a la versión anterior, pero desde la aplicación Creative Cloud no me da la opción (hace meses me dejaba hacerlo sin problema)

 

Gracias de antemano por su ayuda

hola buenas, yo tengo el mismo error no me deja importar ni los videos de muestra, lo pudiste resolver ?

Dear @Elias31137881yasf,

Thanks for writing in. Depending on the device that created the file, there can be issues that Premiere Pro cannot deal with. Download the free converter software called Shutter Encoder and transcode it to ProRes LT. If space is an issue, convert it back to H.264 wrapped in .mp4. Do a test and see if it works.

No me ha funcionado tampoco esa solucion sigue sin funcionar los videos de premier de prueba y tampoco los que importo

In the video it shows that these files have extremely small file size. That's weird! They may not be viable for import. Try transcoding them using the freeware called Shutter Encoder. Otherwise, you need to get media that is not corrupt, as these files appear to be.
