How to do a Trippy Flashing Colors Effect

I previously followed this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZ2rrRGVP1Y) to create flashing colour effect. However, the updated version of Adobe Premier Pro no longer has the HLS option, so wondering if anyone can share how I can now do the same effect with the current settings available to me.

Many thanks

You can create this effect using the ProcAmp effect.

Add it to your clip, then go to the Effect Controls panel and keyframe the Hue value, just like in the video you linked.

OMG, thank you, thank you, thank you - I can follow that, as it works exactly the same as the video, so thank you 🙂

He's just using the equivalent of the HSL Secondary tab in Lumetri. So try setting a keyframe, using the key creation sliders to select the hues youvwant to pop. Then try jumping the Sat or one hue area control.

Everyone's mileage always varies ...

I am sure that makes sense to you, but I am sorry I can't follow it, words are not my friend, thats why I tend to follow videos (which are now outdated), but I appreciate you taking the time to reply to my question.

Care to share more specific details - I always find it helps to follow videos, or step-by-step instructions, and all I can currrently find is the old way of doing it (like the video link I shared), and this is no longer an option.
