I have to reinstall this one specific font everyday

I downloaded a free font from the internet and then uploaded it to the Creative Cloud.  I worked with the new font in Premiere Pro 22.1.2 all day long and was even able to export a video with the font working.  I then properly shut down my software and system, then the next morning opened the project back up. 

It said that specific font family was missing and had to be substituted.  I looked in my Creative cloud Font upload and the font family was there.  I eventually removed the entire family from the Creative Cloud and re-uploaded it, and the fonts immediately started showing up in Premiere.

Then the next morning, the same thing happened...and now has happened for 3 consecutive days.  Any idea what is going on?

Hi David,

See if the font is available with Adobe fonts. Then substitute it. That worked for me.

The last time I downloaded a font from the Internet for use in a Pr/Ae project, I installed the font on my system. I didn't bother going through installing/uploading it to CC.

Worked for me, with the added advantage that it became available to all my apps, not just Adobe apps.

Did not know you could do that: uploading a font.

All my so called internet fonts work just fine without this uploading.

Well, I foolishly thought that uploading it to the Creative Cloud was the best way to go so I could have access across all systems that I use it on.  But this has just not worked out. 

Thank you to all who replied, uploading it directly to my system is seemingly the best course of action.  I'll just do that on all my different work stations.
