Hello

I use Premiere pro 23.2. I addes to my video a mogrt I downloaded in adobe stock's website. This mogrt makes my exportation crash (exportation H.264). I check and this mogrt is compatible 1.7 and later versions.

I work with a windows 10  laptop which specificities are :

CPU : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10610U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.30 GHz

AMR : 48,0 Go (47,8 Go usable)

OS :  64 bits, processor x64

graphic card : Intel UHD Graphics

I don't understand why it doesn't work Is it a material or a software problem ?

Hello @Holiseum,

Thanks for the message. It’s been a long time since you filed this bug, and I apologize for the lack of a response. Are you still having this issue? If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?

I'll move your post to the Discussions board while we await your information.

Thanks,

Kevin
