Render error

I have been getting gpu render errors alot lately. Is there a way to tell if it's the video that has an error or is it my computer ?  I go to the time codes the errors show but never see any mistakes.

    There's an issue around this timecode: 00:06:09:11 - 00:06:09:20

    This error usually pops up due to an effect or a third party plug in 

    Can you share a screenshot of your timeline around this timecode please?
