Hi,

Would be great to separate the timeline raster (9x16) from the output (Mercury transmit) raster in 16x9.

Like multiple people, we are working with 9x16 sequences, but those sequences can't be output through a Blackmagic or Aja IO card to a regular monitor.

In Davinci Resolve, there is 2 distincts setting that allow users to do this. First the sequence ratio, in our case 9x16. And you can then select your output ratio, in our case 16x9. So we are working in a 9x16 sequence but the software is able to show the sequence in a 16x9 monitor by rescaling it.

I'm a postproduction integrator and that's a highly requested feature that user are asking me day after day.
