ctrl-D should add default transition to audio

I use ctrl-D to add a default transition to my video clips all the time. It's weird that I can right-click an audio clip's in- or out-point and add a default transition, but ctrl-D does nothing on an audio clip. Could we please have ctrl-D add a default transition to an audio clip?

Apply default transition to selection: make your own kbsc. This will add both video and audio at the same time.

I have this set to D.

Ctrl+Shift+D = apply audio transition.
