Great work on all the programming you guys do to help us creators do what we do.
I have a simple idea that I think could help a lot, especially with all the content creation we do nowadays.
My idea is this, a button on the source monitor which enables the editor to be able to switch rotation of the clip just for digitising clip the ins and outs. Instead of turning your head to the side, lol. The other method would involve dropping all the footage into Media Encoder and rexporting the footage in the correct aspect ratio and then dropping into Adobe pre.
I think that the addition of this simple button would help speed up production in post.
