Speaker Labels for Captions

Community Beginner ,
Aug 09, 2023 Aug 09, 2023

When using the caption feature you can automatically transcribe the audio into text and it can split up speakers (Speaker 1, Speaker 2, Speaker 3, etc.). Currently, I have to manualy add [Speaker 1]: and [Speaker 2] infront of the subtitle text.

It would super helpful and efficient for Premierto have an option to add those speaker names in front of subtitle text when speakers are overlapping eachother, or the current speaker is changing.

You'vve replied to posts about this since early 2021 and they still havent added it... Thats quite rediculous. If the transcribe tab can ideintify speakers it should not be hard to simply have that information transfered over to the captions. I mean if they havent added it in almost 3 years of asking i dont think theyre going to...
