I'd like to add, that if missing media clips are NOT within the boundaries of your in/out points, that it should not warn you about missing media.

Better than a warning IMO - warp stabiliser (or morph cut.. etc etc) should finish analysing as part of the export process if not already done. Although a warning would at least be better than how it is now.

Mike Knight, I think a warning is better because analyze as part of export you will not know the result of the stabilization, could be a bad stabilization.
