Zooming into monitors using ALT + scroll

The ability to zoom into the program/source monitor by ALT + scrolling into the specific location of the pointer (like in Photoshop and Illustrator). You can already do this in the timeline, but in the monitor for some reason this doesn't work

Huh, that's a good idea.
Granted, you CAN do this with the scroll wheel if you are hovering over the little "select zoom level" menu thingy. But it is quite small. Your proposal would make this process much easier, since you could use a much larger area.
I don't think it would conflict with anything else....

Yes, please! It is not that intuitive to manually select 75% etc. Zooming in the monitor panel with the mouse wheel would be AMAZING!
