Adobe Premiere Pro CC -

I'm not clear ... it sounds like:

Your monitor is 1680x1050;

media is 1920x1080;

and you're getting black sides (letter-boxing) when exporting.

I can't tell whether you're trying to export to 1680x1050 or 1920x1080.

Nor do I know what your sequence setting is.

Those last two things are needed to suggest a "fix".

When I import media in resolution 1920x1080, program change the resolution of the media to 1680x1050, and because of this I can not export in the normal resolution without black bars on the sides.

Let's check to make sure I understand your workflow. I'll give a "standard" method of starting a project.

1- Create a "New" project ...

2- Use Media Browser in PrPro to navigate to media on disc, select, right-click, "Import" ...

3- From Project Panel, drag & drop a clip on the blank timeline area to get PrPro to create a new sequence that matches the media ...

That should produce a sequence to match the media, in your case, 1920x1080 ...

If you do the above, and check the Project panel in list view, does it show the media as 1920x1080 or 1680x1050?

Finally, what is the media? What camera?
