Best way to deinterlace an I to P video

I am trying to deinterlace the video of a blueray file at 1080i 25fps to pass it in progressive at 1080p 25fps but it always remains to me that the video flies does not look fluid movement ... I have also tried the redgiand plugin but it does not matter.
The only way to watch the fluid video is to use a BOB filter in the vlc for deinterlacing when playing it.
I wanted to ask if anyone knows if this type of deinterlacing filter exists as a plugin for premiere-pro or if there is something similar that works well.
Thank you.

De-interlaced media will always look non-fluid when using software. Hardware can do it better, at a hefty cost though.

Why do you want it de-interlaced? All software players handle interlaced media great today.

Some de-interlacers will do a better job but require time and knowledge such as FieldsKit. I have never heard of a good software de-interlacers that just accept 1080i and just spits out pristine 1080p without fine tuning, and some more fine tuning.

Hopefully someone with better de-interlace knowledge than me will chime in! 🙂
