hi there!

Have a look here: 2018-12-06_0628

For some reason Premiere keeps on adding a black bar to the bottom of my video. First of all my source video files are 4096x2160 and my premiere video settings are also 4096x2160.

As a quick fix I tried to zoom the video in until the bar was gone but after rendering, the black bar reappeared.

Really puzzled as to why this is happening.

I am using Premiere Pro CS6

Thank you!

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

Are you trying to edit 4k video?

You might try "Scale to Fill" on export to see if that helps

You might also try the NEW ITEM process when creating your project, to find out if CS6 will create a project that works with your video

It is 4k video. I also did zoom/scale but after rendering the black bar reappears

I think there is a problem of terms

Rendering is what you do to have the video play better on the timeline... so there is a yellow or green indicator over the timeline, not red

Exporting is what you do (and what I mentioned) to create a new file... where I have used "scale to fill" while exporting

    Which are you doing?
