Desincronización de audio y video

Hola, llevo semanas intentando editar con Premiere Pro CC pero cada vez que inserto el video y le doy a play para editarlo sale descompensado y entrecortado. Además me aparece un código de error que pone "desincronización de audio y video".

He buscado por Internet y probado lo que ponía y no lo he conseguido.

¿Qué debería hacer? La verdad que me urge arreglar este problema cuanto antes para poder trabajar.

    Exactly what is INSIDE the video you are editing?

    Report back with the codec details of your file, use the programs below... A screen shot works well to SHOW people what you are doing - For Windows Internet Explorer press the PRINT SCREEN button on your keyboard, and then do CTRL-V to paste the screen print from the clipboard into a forum message

    Does your video use a VARIABLE Frame Rate? See https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1110005

    If yes, use https://handbrake.fr/ open source transcoder/converter to convert to Constant Frame Rate

    What is the source of your footage? Please run a small test on a different video.

    Hello!

    I did a small test with different video and I have the same problem with all.

    I have Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015 before I had the last version and I had the same problem too.

    My operating system is Windows 10

    The problem occured when I push in play botton. When I start edit and I push play botton for watch what I am editting I have the problem
