RH2020 - Frameless responsive format, any way to add revision history

We have an ask from the customers. In the Frameless responsive output that has a home page/landing page with tiles, the ask is to somehow upfront add a revision history of updates that are published in the help.
Any ideas/suggestions how this can be added?

    It's called a new topic with a table listing the changes. 🙂

     

    The topic will need to be in a folder named Changes to get a tile labelled Changes.

    Any trick/idea to make it accessible outside of the tile but on the landing page?
