Account closed due to artificial intelligence from Seaart site

I uploaded artificial intelligence content from the seaart website, and after a while my account was deactivated. Does anyone know if this is related or not, or does the website not accept content from this website?

I don't believe it's related. The majority of accounts being deactivated appear to be owned by contributors submitting AI, regardless of the source. Apparently, It's simply easier to break the rules of the terms and condition with AI than with other asset types. In any case, we can't possibly know why your account was deactivated and only Adobe will be able to tell you why. I assume you clicked the "Contact us" Adobe provided in order to ask for details.

how you create your assets is irrelevant. You need to have the commercial rights to the assets and you need to follow the rules as laid out by Adobe. Your account got disabled because you did violate one or more of the contributor terms.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.
