Adobe is asking me to fill in this form, see pdf.

Is it important? What is it for? And how to fill it in?

W-8 BEN is a Tax Withholding form for non-US citizens. The tax form is required by IRS. Adobe is not allowed to pay you until you complete it. See below for more details.
