Hi,

My name is Shourav Das. I have a question can anyone help me please.

"I have a baby girl, who is only 14 month old. how can I prepare a model Releases from for her."

    You prepare that like any other model release. The best is that both parents sign, one as parental guardian, the other as witness. As the photographer (you) can't be the witness, you need to sign as parental guardian, the mother as witness. You need also sign as artist (photographer, well, if you are the photographer).
