How to activate my account on Adobe Stock?

Hello. My name is Mykola. Please help me understand the issue. Several days ago, my Adobe Stock account was deactivated. Why did this happen? What specifically did I violate? I always tried to follow all the rules. Could this be some kind of mistake? I wrote to the contributor-support@adobe.com, but I never received a response. What should I do? How can I reactivate my account?

Thank you for letting me know. Your account is currently under review, and this is being done by a different team. Unfortunately I can't reinstate your account just yet, but if anything changes we will let you know. Until then, the account should remain blocked.
that is crazy i dont know what do i have to say it is not fair for a common name they block my account

As has been stated here many times, there's nothing you can do except wait for Adobe to complete their review of your account.

There is nothing you CAN do but wait. At least they replied and let you know that they will keep you up to date with their results.

Using the e-mail address is the less preferred method, because e-mails are not guaranteed to reach the destination.

Okay. I'll wait for Adobe Stock's response. Thank you very much for the answer.

Don't be ungrateful. They answered. They told you what is going on. And I'm sure, they are investigating more than just having a common name.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity,
2) They received an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice from a 3rd party,
3) Suspected violation of Stock Contributor User Terms,

If you don't hear anything within 15 business days (check your spam folder for reply), send a follow-up inquiry. Do not spam the system with tickets.  Be patient.  Meanwhile work on other projects.  You may submit work to other microstock services if you wish.

Thank you for your response. My account has been deactivated, and I don't understand what exactly I violated because no specific reason was provided for my violation. I have always tried to adhere to all the rules.

You will need to wait for a reply from Adobe.  As fellow users, we can't help you.
