I Can't Figure Out How To Upload Images With Transparent Backgrounds

I remove the background on Photoshop and save as PNG but when I upload to Adobe Stock it shows with a white background.

Did you export as PNG with the Transparency box checked?

When the image is accepted into Adobe Stock, they will create both the transparent PNG and JPG simultaneously, and the option to download one or the other will be displayed on the Buyer's screen.
