No, you shouldn't, you should only upload the PNG file if it has a transparent background. Adobe will offer both, the PNG file and the JPEG file, to potential buyers.

Uploading both could be considered as spam, and you risk getting the PNG file being refused for duplicate submission.

People sometimes seem to give answers out of obligation or habit, without understanding the questioner's intention.
Asking about png and jpeg means asking about a picture with a white background and changing the white to transparent.
I'm not sure how Adobe bundles jpeg, png, and eps files of the same picture, but I understand that it's basically possible.
This is because when downloading a picture, the uploader often uploads the picture in three different versions.
Some sites require that you upload a jpeg first, then copy the code of the jpeg file and upload a png with that title. Only then will it recognize that the jpge file and png file are one set.
I don't know because I haven't uploaded jpegs and transparent pngs with white backgrounds. That's because I'm not sure how it's recognized as a set. However, I frequently upload jpegs and pngs with different backgrounds.
When downloading many pictures, there are both png and jpeg versions, so I know it is basically possible. However, there is no rule that the title must be the same, so it is ambiguous.

If I make a jpeg with a shadow, and a PNG without a shadow, is it considered a simile of mlm are these different files?

Shadows are difficult to express in png. Because it has to be blurred. That's why I often upload jpeg files with shadows and png files without shadows. But that's not what I mean. I want the jpeg and png images to be registered as one set, but I'm not sure how to do that. It is a good idea to register three vector files, jpeg files, and png files as one image, and I know many people do that.

PJPEG is not an accepted file format.

Adobe Stock accepts rasters in .jpg, or .png (with transparency), vectors in .ai, .eps or .svg format.

Hope that helps.

As I said...let some others chime in. 🙂 I was thinking along the lines that you were speaking of an image with a prominent subject against a complex background, which would be cut out for the transparent png. But yes, if both would set against a white background, just do the png.

They aren't really the same image, are they ? Because PNG's are to be used only for images with transparency, and your JPG will not have transparency...

I know the difference between PNG and JPG. I mean if I take off
background from JPEG could I upload the same image as PNG and JPG.

If the png has a transparent background and the jpeg does not, I would think so. But let others chime in with their opinion.
