Hochachtungsvoll

snapshotfreddy Team aus Deutschland.

This is a correct answer: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/ihr-konto-wurde-vor%C3%BCbergehend-gesperrt-seit-der-aktivierung-verkaufen-wir-keine-ki-inhalt-mehr/m-p/14458517#M79457

And yes, this is an open user to user forum. There is very, very little Adobe participation in these days, probably because Adobe saw that the tips provided are good and correct.

You should contact Contributor support as indicated here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/ihr-konto-wurde-vor%C3%BCbergehend-gesperrt-seit-der-aktivierung-verkaufen-wir-keine-ki-inhalt-mehr/m-p/14458668#M79462

However, I fear that the ranking process in the search engine is reset when a contributor gets suspended. And that is most likely an automatic process based on some obscure formulas. Parameters that I suspect are included are the sales history and the number of newly submitted assets. Both started probably at 0 after your suspension.

As a side note, as it was not a suspension by error, you should assume the price for that (IMHO). The only thing that I can counsel you is to have effectively more than one leg to stand on, and to submit also to other stock agencies. Users most often have a subscription with one provider, not more, so that you enlarge your potential customer base.

In one sentence you say you don't sell Generative AI content anymore.  And later you say Generative AI is all you do.  Maybe SnapshotFreddy from Germany should diversify and try submitting other types of assets — photos, drawings, paintings, icons, cartoons, videos...

I'm sorry to say this, nobody gets rich from Generative AI alone.  At best it's a cheap starting point for those times when you don't have the necessary props to create a scene. But Generative AI will never replace real content & human talent.

When you give customers what they want when they want it, you make sales.  If you don't, you won't. It really is that simple.

Thank you for your reply.

The account was deactivated for a day. We just want to have the selling status as 48 hours before. We're not making this up. We have our numbers in black and white.

Your answer is definitely not helpful and not a correct answer.
But as I understand they are not from Adobe and therefore can give such answers 😞

We are not Adobe employees and are unable to address the issue as described. That said, in the past, when accounts have been deactivated, it does take a considerable amount of time for images to start selling again at the same rate as prior to deactivation. There is no such thing that I'm aware of as a "beginners" classification.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum. There is no such thing as a "beginner status" on a Stock account, and it's not a switch that can be turned off and on. Since your account was offline during deactivation and assets were not available to Buyers, your search rank declined because your assets were not being displayed to Buyers. You should eventually be able to reach the sales levels you experienced previously, less the AI assets which you say you've deleted.
