I noticed my contributor account has been blocked, and I’m not sure why. I always try to follow the rules and upload only my own work. If there’s been any misunderstanding, I’d be happy to provide more details or proof.
Please review my account and let me know if there’s any way to fix this. I really enjoy contributing to Adobe Stock and would like to continue.
Thank you for your time and help.
Best regards,
[khan]

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself. We can't be of help. Use the "Contact us" link as shown in your screenshot and ask for further details.

Helle Daniel, I have the same problem. I am blocked since the beginning of July 2025 and was a contributor over 6 years, never had no problems. I have no idea why I am blocked so I used the "contact Us" button, but until now I have not had an answer on my question. I also filled out a form wich is available for filing an appeal but until now never heard anything from Adobe. So I am very dissapointed not getting an answer, do you have any idea how to get an answer from Adobe Stock on my question? Thanks in advance ! Cheers Albert

No one on this forum can be of assistance. We do know that it can take weeks or even months in some cases to hear back from Adobe. Your only option, unfortunately, is to continue waiting. It does appear that many if not most accounts that are being disabled are contributors who submit AI. Out of curiosity, have you begun doing so recently?

Thanks for your quick response Daniel, unfortunately I'm probably one of the guys who has to wait for months (over 4 months by now). I only use AI for making some small changes like removing parts of the photo, like logos or persons etc. and sometimes add some sky/clouds from my own archive with Adobe, something I already did with Photoshop (I use Photoshop since version 3.0) before AI started. Do you think that caused the problem? Cheers Albert

Hello Daniel, my account is still blocked but today I got this message in my mail box:

That sounds to me that your account has been restored. They apparently removed an image for one reason or another if the translation is correct. Maybe it takes some time for your portfolio to appear back online. If you still can't access it within the next 24 hours, I could contact contributor support.

Thank you Daniel, let's hope so, we'll see, I let you know !

Hi there Daniel, until now the portfolio is still not online unfortunately. If you are able to contact the contributor support that would be great. For me it is impossible to get in contact. Thanks in advance, I really appreciate this! Albert

Daniel. My account has been blocked now for over half a year and sadly I never got any response from Adobe on my request for the reason(s?) why. Would it be an idea to try and start a new account ? Cheers Albert

You can try, but if Adobe considers the reasons for the suspension of the previous account to be an egregious violation of the T&C's they might block that one too.

Thank you Jill, that could indeed happen, but I would desperately know what the violation(s) is/are. But it would be nice and polite if the would let be know what the problem is, considering being a Adobe-software-user since Photoshop 3.0 . Cheers Albert

I'm sure that the Adobe personnel making the account suspension decisions know nothing about which Adobe products you use and for how long!

Yes, aboslutely true I guess, thanks for your response, but my problem remains not knowing what I did wrong.

Hi Daniel, as I remarked yesterday I wrote to "contact you" of Adobe Stock about the matter, but today this happened, I received an email from Adobe Stock Contributor Relations with an invitation to participate in a new mission where you record short videos with high-quality sound. According to this invitation my account is still there, should I respond on this invitation, what do you think? Cheers Albert

During the blocking phase, you can't accept missions. You could prepare your assets for that, but you won't be able to upload the mission.
And yes, being blocked, does not mean being erased. Only when they come to a definitive result during their investigation, you will get permanently removed.
It is, however weird that they send out missions to blocked accounts.

"It is, however weird that they send out missions to blocked accounts."
It's also weird they send out missions to contributors who only submit AI, and I've received two. It must be a totally random process. As a former photographer, which I suspect is noted somewhere in my bio, they might also be basing their selections on background, rather than assets or portfolio content.

That's exactly my point! responding on this mail, which is possible through a special email address @ adobe contributor missions, will be of no use I guess.

Most likely not.

Based on this mail, I would contact Adobe contributor support again.
