Hi and thanks, but I don't agree with you for anything of this.
These photos are made for the flooring companies, to show floor details not entire kitchen, or anything else, but it is nice in same time to have something like part of the kitchen on the photo to not have just a flat floor. I already work with a lot of flooring contractors and that is what they are looking for. You are talking about art my friend, they don't care about it. Shadows giving more realistic look for this kind of pictures and giving a life to the picture otherwise it will be boring picture, same for overexposing.
Remember, this is not art, this is a photo for flooring contractor that you are selling for $0.36

@RALPH_L is right. 

 

Despite what your contractors may think, those images are not suitable for Stock imagery.  And that's all that matters here.   We don't work for Adobe Stock,  we are experienced Stock contributors and customers in this user-to-user forum.  You can take the feedback you received or not.  That's your choice.   But arguing won't help you.
