Rejection of AI images due to quality. What is meant?

Hello, recently almost all AI generated images are rejected because of "quality". I have not changed the workflow, the images are enlarged to the minimum size and I pay attention to the content (number of fingers, anatomy etc). I can't explain where the error is, as some of the series are also accepted. Where is the error? Enclosed 3 examples . Thanks for any hints
