The jpg files were accepted but not the eps files , i don't understand

You did submit the same assets as JPEG and EPS files? Do not do that, it may get your account suspended. Submit only the vector assets, PNG and JPEG images will be generated by the system. 

The question is more, why they accepted the JPEG assets. But illustrations are in a different queue than vector assets and moderated by different people. As the aesthetic/commercial apeal is much appreciation, there may be a difference in the results, much more as with other criteria.

Evidently, Adobe Stock doesn't think their customers will buy these.

Submit something else.
