Videos uploaded a month ago, they are visible on the portfolio page, but not in the sesearch results

Usually, this is due to bad keywording in a genre that is overfilled.

You mean that you have contacted Contributor Support? When did you contact them? 

Have you scrolled to the very end of the search results? Which could be hundreds of pages? We certainly can't help unless you share a link to an image or the portfolio and tell us your search string.
