Hello Adobe Stock Community Managers and Staff,I am writing this post out of deep frustration with the automated AI review system. Recently, I have faced multiple unfair rejections for "Similar Content" on entirely unique assets from my expeditions. My previous attempts to resolve this through standard support forms resulted in automated template closures without any human inspection. Most of my portfolio consists of highly exclusive, premium content captured during high-cost, extreme sea kayak expeditions through the Senyavin Strait on the Chukotka Peninsula. These are rare subarctic botanical species and landscapes that are nearly absent from the Adobe Stock database.Yet, the automated AI system continuously flags completely distinct compositions, different plant species, and separate camera angles as "duplicates" or "similar content," simply because they share a similar background texture (like arctic granite or tundra soil). The AI is completely blind to the actual unique subjects o

Hello Adobe Stock Community,I would like to clarify how to label this type of submission for Adobe Stock.Workflow:A Gemini-generated image was used only as an external visual reference. No AI-generated elements were imported into the working file. No image trace was used. The final artwork was redrawn manually from scratch in Illustrator as a fully editable vector. The AI image was used only for reference, similar to using a photo or sketch as inspiration. In this case, should the “Created using generative AI tools” box be checked when submitting the vector to Adobe Stock?Thank you.
I wanted to ask if i upload these content at the same time will there be a problem? These are hand drawn illustrations
Hi Adobe Community Team / Moderators,I am reaching out here because I need assistance from a community manager or support supervisor to look into a critical misunderstanding regarding my contributor accountMy account has been paused/closed under a sales review (Case: ADB-46450611-M9N6), but there appears to be a major contradiction with previous support communications that needs a manual review.Context: Account Portfolio: Long-time contributor with over 5,000+ original video assets (100% self-created content, no generative AI, zero prior issues). Previous Audit (Case 00506345): Earlier this year (May 6), I proactively contacted Contributor Support regarding account activity. Support officially checked my profile and confirmed in writing that there were no problems with my sales ("We have checked your account, and there's no problem on your sales"). Request for Assistance:Given that my sales activity was previously reviewed and cleared by support under Case, the recent automated closu
I got “Quality Issues” rejection of the attached photo. Can anyone enlighten me what exactly is wrong with the quality?
Can you explain how to improve the quality of my photos?
I would like to know whether uploading an Icon- set with a thumbnail that includes the content name and the name of each icon underneath , it could cause my account to be blocked or disabled ?I have also attached a sample image showing this type of thumbnail for reference.expertise . support me please
Hello Adobe Community,My Adobe Stock contributor account was blocked on April 1 because, in my last uploads, I uploaded AI-generated images of famous personalities. At that time, I did not fully understand that this type of content violated Adobe Stock policies. I now clearly understand my mistake and already admitted it in my appeals. However, I am disappointed because I have already submitted two appeals regarding my blocked account, but I still have not received any meaningful update from Contributor Support.Today is May 14, and it has already been around one and a half months since my account was blocked. Despite waiting this long, I still have not received any clear response or final decision. Is this fair for contributors who are genuinely trying to communicate and resolve their mistakes?I fully respect Adobe Stock policies and simply want clarity about my case status. Waiting for such a long time without any response is extremely painful and frustrating. Even if the appeal is rej
Dear Adobe Stock Community,My Adobe Stock Contributor account has been deactivated.I would like to know whether it is possible to restore my account.I am very worried about this situation because my family members and I have invested a significant amount of time, effort, and money into this account together. I really need your help and guidance in this matter. Please help me.In the email I received from Adobe, I saw that there may have been an issue related to one of the submission guidelines with my submissions. If I made any unintentional mistake, I sincerely apologize for it.However, my account was unexpectedly deactivated without a specific reason being clearly explained to me. I have carefully reviewed Adobe Stock’s guidelines, and I have never intentionally tried to violate any guideline or misuse Adobe’s system. I also keep records of every file that I have uploaded.Although I have contacted Adobe by email regarding this matter, I still have not received a clear explanation of w
Hi everyone,I’m still learning stock photography and I would really appreciate some constructive feedback on this image.Adobe Stock rejected it for “Quality Issues.” Rather than simply resubmitting it, I would like to understand what I should improve in my photography.Could you please tell me what you think the main problem is?I’m particularly interested in whether you see issues with composition, subject separation, too many distracting leaves/elements, focus/sharpness, exposure, color/white balance, noise, or post-processing.My intention was to show the beginning of autumn in a vineyard, using the colorful vine leaf as the main subject and the grapes as secondary context. Looking at it again, I wonder whether the composition may simply be too busy for a good stock image.I’m not looking for a way to get this particular image accepted at all costs. I’d rather understand what I should do differently when taking the next photograph.Thank you very much for any honest and constructive feed
Hello thereI’ve submitted these photos to Adobe Stock, but they have been rejected due to quality reasons. Are there problems with technical quality, focus, lighting, composition, editing, subject choice, commercial value, or anything else?Could you kindly take a look at the attached photos and explain specifically why you think they may not meet Adobe Stock’s requirements.I’ll be sincerely thankful for your honest feedback !
My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated for “suspicious activity.” I’ve been a contributor for nearly 7 years, with a portfolio of my own original photography and video.I submitted an appeal on August 10 through Adobe’s appeal form:Adobe Stock Appeal Formhttps://survey.adobe.com/jfe/form/SV_74fM1z4DvUPyPlk?utm_source=chatgpt.comI also emailed contributor-support@adobe.com twice to chase, but have not received a response yet.It has now been over one month. Should I submit the appeal form again, or just continue waiting for the original appeal to be reviewed?Any recent experience or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
hola buenas, recientemente he subido una foto a adobe stock , pero me han rechazado por falta de calidad, la foto pesa 45mp y mide 8256x5504[Moved to Stock Contributors by a moderator]
This forum is rife with screen names that look suspiciously like automated bot accounts. I honestly don’t know if these are real posts or not. The Generated Pattern: Dynamic_Contributor2ebd follows the classic [Adjective]_[Noun][Random Hex/String] pattern. This is a telltale sign of an account created using an automated random name generator.
I just wanted to state how extremely cruel is that an algorythm or a bot or whatsoever decides that your account had “suspicious activity” after years of uploading quality content (not a single AI thing, all made by myself etc) and suddenly Adobe blocking your account. Thus, making you lose all that work, stats, titles, keywords and, of course, keeping more than 150$. Just because a Bot decided so for whatever reason that is completely mistaken as I have been strictly following the guidelines. Now I have to wait for weeks or months probably just to receive a message from somebody that checked my case for 10 seconds saying that the bot is right. Good night, folks.
Hello, I am trying to regain access to my existing Adobe Stock Contributor portfolio, historically identified as “Pressa313”. I can successfully sign in to my Adobe ID. However, every Contributor URL—including the portfolio and official contact page—immediately redirects to “Account creation is not available.” I also receive sales notifications for the older portfolio, but cannot view the portfolio, files, or earnings history. I do not want to create a second Contributor account. I need the existing profile reviewed and, if necessary, linked back to the correct Adobe ID. The official Contributor contact form is inaccessible because it redirects to the same error page. Could an Adobe staff member advise how to open a recovery case or have Contributor Relations review this account-linking issue? I can supply verification and sales-notification evidence privately through an approved support channel. Thank you.
Based on customer complaints in the Stock buyers forum, three things jump out again and again...Flattened raster images dropped inside EPS or AI vector files are unusable. Poorly auto-traced GenAI sold as “editable vector files” are unusable. GenAI artwork that is NOT LABELED as GenAI. It’s best to be honest with people about what you’re selling. Dishonesty never pays off. Customer complaints lead to internal reviews and account deactivations. Once an account is deactivated, nobody here can help you. If you’re selling vector artwork on Stock, follow these Best Practices or enroll in some vector graphics design courses. Carefully read through the vector submission requirements in your Contributor User Guide. These submission requirements were recently updated & some things have changed.Vector Overview https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/submit-your-content/submit-vectors/vector-submission-overview.html GenAI Vector Submissions https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/subm

My Adobe contributor account was deactivated in September 2025. This was due to uploading a photo that resembled a photo I had previously uploaded (in my opinion). Is there any chance my account will be reactivated? I filed an appeal one day after the account was deactivated, and there has been no response yet. I've checked the forums, and it might take at least six months. For your information, the stock photos I uploaded are my own photography, not AI-generated.Regard

I have been an Adobe Stock contributor for approximately three years and have built a portfolio of around 30,000 assets during that time. A substantial portion of my portfolio includes Generative AI content.) i appeal but still no update from adobe stock contributor support
