I have 18 assets as we pay for 10 standard assets a month and the breakdown states "What can you buy with your credit packs?" - 8 credits for HD Video but when I try and buy said video I can't seem to do so and it asks me to either pay $75 or upgrade my plan. I don't want to do either as I want to use the credits on my plan paid for.
The 10 standard assets plan does not include any licence different from "standard". This means you cannot licence videos as they come with an enhanced licence. The first plan allowing to buy mixed licence types is the 25 assets/month plan. https://stock.adobe.com/plans.
The image you're showing is based on credit pack credits and not on plan credits. Those are different.
I know, it's complicated. You either need to pay those $75 or upgrade your plan as suggested. You may also buy credit packs, which would be used on those "extra" licences.
