Credit Pack Options (Value of a Credit)

Hello, My organization has purchased a new Adobe Stock plan this year which no longer includes vodeo or music. I was informed we now have the Pro Edition plan. Unfortunately, that really doesn't help as I produce a number of training videos and need access to stock footage and music.

I was told for any premium assets (now video & audio) I would need to purchase a Stock Credit Pack.

I am trying to get a sense for how many credits I would need in order to purchase the number of assets I could expect to consume over the course of a year. What is the credit value as it related to video/audio?

Real examples would greatly help here. In fact, if it already exists somewhere on the Adobe Stock site, kindly direct me. Otherwise, it would be ideal if you could put credit numbers next to the prices so one might be able to make an informed decision as to what Credit Pack to request/purchase. I apologize if I overlooked it. Thanks in advance.

Credit packs: Audio (standard licence) is one credit, video (HD) is 8 credits, 4k video looks like 20 credits. Check here: https://stock.adobe.com/plans.

Credit packs expire one year after purchase.

Abambo, Thanks! This is useful informtion. So, for confirmation, would that mean that an Adobe Stock - Enterprise Consumption (1 year) - 500 credit pack should get me at least 40 (HD) videos and 40+ audio tracks a year?

I'm confident that you are correct, but I'm not Adobe, so I won't nail Adobe to that. According to the website, that is correct. If you want a confirmation from Adobe, and as you have an Enterprise plan, I would suggest that you (if you are a plan administrator) contact Adobe via the admin console (https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support) to get that confirmation from Adobe. I suppose, you could also contact the Adobe sales team.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

@kglad just moved your message to the correct place. It's no big deal (as long as @kglad and other forum moderators move the threads)!
