In some accounts, I can see and download AI-generated images, but in some accounts I cannot find either the image or the account itself. What is the solution to this?

If you are located in Turkey and you want to license an asset, you need to license what is offered to you. If you do not see the asset, you cannot license the asset. If you change your country to see the asset, as soon as you want to licence, you will get an error.

It appears that you are located in Turkey, one of the countries for which Adobe requires additional vetting before being able to display your images in Turkey. However, they are available for licensing in most other countries where Adobe does business.

It's not an issue, so you can't solve it. It's by design. And you shouldn't be able to download anything from this account from out of Turkey.
But maybe you just made a translation error here: It appears in another account in Turkey. And you mean that you see content from other accounts, but not yours?

feru, if I understand you correctly, you have multiple accounts with the same type of content. This is strictly forbidden, read here:
If I understand correctly, all your accounts will be closed.

Only if you are contributing on different accounts. I too, I have multiple accounts (Adobe IDs) for different purposes.
This is the stock forum, to support stock customers, so we all have to assume that OP is asking as a customer, until proven wrong.
