I purchased a pack of 80 credits and have 68 left. Yesterday afternoon (after licensing multiple vectors using my credits) I attempted to license a vector and received this error message:

"We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service."

I'm receiving the same error message today, regardless of what I attempt to license. Does anyone have a phone number for support that will put me through to a real person? Or a solution?

Thanks!

Using an incognito window in Chrome solved the problem.

Hi @Justine298461278vtz, could you please share with me the asset ID of the file that you were trying to license when you saw the error? I want to check something and that will help me look into this. It may be affecting others. Thanks!

Our engineers identified the cause of the error and have posted a fix for it. If you have any trouble using your credit packs in the next few days please let me know.

This is a constant error issue, it repeatedly alerts me that despite having a corporate pack of 1200 creds per month, every vector asset I try to download reads "

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Stock forum so that proper help can be offered.
