i hope i can write my quest clear enough so any one else understand my problem and can produce a answer to overcome my problem . :-)system os win 11 bridge 16.03.21ive used Bridge for a long time but somewhere along the version changes my keyword managment got changed. probably by my own “fault”. ive set up my keyword originally as:Maingroup; sub group: subsubgroup:like General Family which is every one also cousins grand dads and such and in there my own family (gezin) as dad wife childeren.once i had it sorted out as : when i checkbox one of the kids it also checkboxed “Gezin” automaticly but not the higer seated main Family. or maybe it did also the main. can't remaber anymore.doesn't matter.because i totally screwed my database in keywording ive made myself the task to redo all keywording of the Rawfiles side cars XMP files and then replace all exported Jpeg's where then all new keyword hierarcy will be written in. yes alot of work but it wil get me a better organised archieve and
Everytime I hit the file explorer button in export mode, Modeler freezes. This happens even on a new scene for me. I’ve tried reinstalling Modeler and the issue persists. Please help!
Hi there - running Modeller through Quest 3 and have set the preferences for mixed reality passthrough to be on. But nothing happens and still have the gradient BG. Are there any other processes or settings I need to sort first? Thanks
Is there any news from the Modeler development for the Mac? I'm learning Blender right now and hope to be able to do without the expensive Substance suite soon. For the money I would like to have programs that run stable and to be able to work with all programs for which I pay a lot of money.

i cant export my model with "all layers", only full scene. in previous version i can do it. now when im importing model in painter, i have 1 material...thats all... where is my Layers from modeler...i don know.win 11lastest verision adobe

Hello,I'm starting out with modeler and I'm having trouble using the gizmo (maybe I understand it wrong). I want to scale the object (sub tool) along the different axis, but I only have the grey dot to change scale. I've seen videos where there are gray dots on each axis to scale along the axis. Am I doing something wrong ? Or is there a another way to deform the object ? Thanks ! François
Hey guys. So im having this issue with visible seams. More specifically the seam isnt even straight. It is in the shape of a z. I have tried the cloning method, and the tri-planer method. I have tried just about everything. Nothing is working. Even when I try to redo the low poly uvs in blender, it doesnt help. When I go to bake the high to the low poly in painter, I get a matching error. Although, I only get the matching error when I try to uv unwrap in blender.

Hello, I'm new to 3D Modeler. I want to creat a roman gladius sword. I make the blade form. My problem is that the 3D Modeler makes the Chamfer on the x axis but I need it by the y axis. How can I change the to editing axis in this program? Thanks and have a nice day!

Old versions of modeler had the ability to snap an object to the origin of the scene, or even to the origin of other layers as seen in the youtube tutorial regarding scene assembly in VR. Has this feature been removed? It should work by pressing the B button while holding an object, but there is no prompt. this is a very important tool for aligning objects
First I want to say I am very livid, irrate and disscussed with this company and there lack of response to problems, when I pay for these ****ing apps every month on time. The 3D substance modeler for OVER a week (7+ days and counting) has been immediatley crashing from the very start. I have recent GPU's and using Windows 10. So no my hardware/product aren't licking and are recent (desktop not even a year old) as per whoever runs the social media Adobe Care. Couldn't get any customer service because now they are not open 24/7 (guess that's Elon's fault right?.) I try to DM the company through social media, No damn answer until I posted to Adobe with there competitors tagged in the post. Then all of a sudden I get a response, this is a major ****ing problem for me right now. This problem is not good for me in any capacity, I provided a video showing that it is not working every time I attempt to open the substance modeler. How can this be fixed when it was working las
I like to know how i can use Modeler in the Desktop VR Mode in the Headless Mode. Using the VR Headset Controller without having the Headset on.Is this possible with the Meta Quest Pro Controller together with the Meta Quest 3 Headset.Or is it only possible with the Meta Quest Pro Headset and the Pro Controller?Is there any Tutorial for this, because the Help in the Adobe Substance Modeler isnt explorative enough for this topic. I would be happy if a Substance 3D Modeler Expert or Developer would answer me the Questions.THX
Hello! I was wondering if anyone has an answer about the program's unavailability in Russia? There seems to be a strange discrepancy in comparison to the other 3D software available on Steam, given that both Substance Painter and Designer are both readily available, and if it can be expected that the program will be available at some point in the future. When I open my software, it keeps flashing. I updated the computer driver and it still keeps flashing. I want a solution.
Hello,Just following up, as I see this question every so often. Is there any news of a version of Modeler for Mac? The school I teach at would love it if I could just use Adobe since we pay for that subscription, instead of adding Cinema 4D to the mix. However, all of the labs in our building are mac. Any chance we will see a version of Modeler for Mac in 2025? It is kind of ridiculous that it is still not available and people started asking in 2022 (or maybe even earlier).Thanks!

As an owner of the newest, very speedy Mac M4 Pro i want to know if we see the native modeler for Mac in the near future ... Regards,Volker
First time using the app. Windows 11 user.I've tried with both the actual version (1.17) and the previous (1.15), but after I've installed Modeler and tried booting it, it shows a cuople of phantom windows for a millisecond that then dissapear, not opening the app. I know the app isn't working in background because it isn't shown in task manager. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, reboot my computer, but nothing. I've tried opening other Substance 3D apps like Designer and Painter and they boot just fine. Any suggestion/solution?
