Hi,    Thanks for the details. With xmp , I meant the image with its sidecar file(which is in the xmp format). For eg, when you save metadata on the raw image,  a new sidecar (.xmp) is created next to the image. Kindly attach that file as well for the above raw image that you have attached. So in conclusion, do the following : 1) Apply the preset on the raw image 2) Do a Ctrl+S to save metadata 3) Share the raw image and the metadata.   Thanks, Arjun ... View more

Also, when you see the preset has been selected and the edits are not applied (as shown in your first screenshot) :  a. Does hovering on the preset, cause the selection to be unselected?  b. You can use Adobe Bridge -> Open in Camera Raw on the same image. Hi @anh25054933ot8v ,   1) Can you please share the preset that doesn't seem to be working (haarithg@adobe.com)?  You can do a right click on the preset -> show in explorer and then attach the preset over email. 2) Did you import those presets, or were the lrtemplates automatically converted to xmp(after manually placing them inside Lightroom-Develop presets folder)? 3) Alternatively, can you also try applying the same preset on an image in a different catalog? Hi Morris, 1) Does it blur on all images, or some specific images in the secondary monitor? 2) If it is specific, any information on the type of image, or whether those image contains any edits? 3) You said when you try to play with sliders like exposure/clarity it appears again. So is that momentary? Meaning, does it stay blurred if the slider is held and becomes sharp when the sliders are released? Or as soon as you move a slider it blurs out and never sharpens again? 4) Just to confirm, initially you have posted that issue occurs with both GPU acceleration On and Off. However in one of the reply comments from you above, I see that the issue is resolved if the GPU is off. Am I understanding this correct? To re-iterate issue is present only with GPU On?
