Why can't you put single French quotation marks in the dictionary?
the ones I need (1st arrow to the right and 2nd arrow to the left) are not in the list in German.

Your first post said "French" while your second post says "German". Realizing that I know little about this, I looked it up and see that French and German guillemets are not the same. If this is true, do you want me to change your subject to "German"?
