I have heard of others in Europe seeing the update. Have you tried signing out and then back in to Creative Cloud? Sometimes this is required.

I am sorry to hear that. It is working for me with the 11.0.2 fix using the Pen Tool will move the keyframes and selection will turn keyframe blue (may turn light-gray when moving keyframe, but once you stop moving and mouse up, it will turn blue again). That is the only list I am aware of, but I am certain that the Ultra Key Soften issue fix was in the 11.0.2 update.

This issue should now be fixed in the 11.0.2 update. Keyframes will be light-grayish when not selected and turn blue when selected.

Proxy does not currently fully support Interpret Footage. There is a note of this towards the bottom of this help page: Adobe Premiere Pro Help | Ingest and Proxy Workflow in Premiere Pro CC 2015.3 Please feel free to submit a request for this support. Feature Request/Bug Report Form I do not know if it will meet your needs, but you could try leaving your Full Res and Proxy clips at 30fps and placing your clips in a 25fps Sequence.

This sounds like a general issue that is being investigated. You can go to this thread for possible workarounds until the issue is resolved. Premiere cc2017 will not open projects from other mac users

Do you have Mask (1) selected in the Effect Controls panel? If it is not selected (e.g. one of the Mask parameters, such as Mask Path, is selected instead), then the anchor points will not be displayed for the Mask.

This is an open issue that is being investigated. As Jim has mentioned, it does affect all Obsolete audio effects.

This is an open issue with the CUDA Renderer and is being investigated. The only known workaround is the one you have already discovered, change the Renderer to Software Only.
