This is fixed in 22.3.1. I understand your frustration @nolan_conley and it is not our intention to break things things that aren't broken or as you state "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Unfortunately in software development, sometimes fixing a bug in a separate part of the app can have adverse affects on other parts - that was exactly the case with this issue.
We've been doing the best we can over this last VERY challenging year to continue to both add value and fix bugs but have unfortunately introduced a few nasty regressions which we've been working hard to fix. All I can do is apologize and keep working hard to make Photoshop better. I'm one of many at the company who share the same sentiment.

We just released some performance improvements in 22.3.1 and have a few others on deck for the next update. Please update and reply with results.
There are also a couple things that will also speed things up: 1. turn off Rulers
2. Go to (Mac) OS Settings > Energy Settings (or Battery depending on your OS) and uncheck Automatic graphics switching; if you don't see this option, you only have one graphics system.

Unfortunately Adobe doesn't officially support XP-Pen:

This is really great info @frafilipo art ! The system info is really helpful and show the GPU Sniffer is crashing which is most likely the cause of that flashing and bad behavior. I've shared this info with our GPU devs.

Or is it just the bad behavior with transform and flashing of the workspace as seen in the youtube video you posted?

Also can you tell me what OS (10.14.6? 10.15.7? 11.1? 11.2?), what your graphics card is (Radeon Pro 550 / Intel HD Graphics 630?), and finally if you go to Preferences > Performance, is Use native operating system GPU acceleration (in Advanced Settings...) enabled or no? If you enable it, does that help at all?

For #3. I'm assigning a middle click to one of the wacom buttons which is necessary for most 3d applications.
#4. I just tried what was described in the link about disabling the press and hold option which I remember having to do back in CS6 days, unfortunately that only halfway works. Within the Photoshop workspace, there are no rings, outside of the workspace, the RMB rings still exist.
Another issue:
#5. I just noticed I'm also unable to highlight browser text with my Wacom pen when Windows Ink is enabled, with or without Press and Hold enabled.

We're very close to releasing a fix for this based on what we've been able to repro, but we've also learned it's not really fixed until you confirm on your setup which, in some cases, can be wildly different from what we have. The next update should have the fix but I legally can't give you a date unfortunately.

@andre_schneider_7299466 That's why it's hard for us to fix. We can't fix a bug we can't reproduce, seeing what is going wrong in the source code.
I have heard this has helped others; If you go to Wacom Settings for your stylus/pen and click on Options, there is a checkbox for Tip-Up Assist. If that is checked, try unchecking it and see if that solves the problem.

Is this issue with losing pressure on Mac still an issue with the most current update (22.2)?
If it is, can you post a video (QT Screen Recording or other) of this happening so we can see the exact steps you're taking to make this happen?
When you reply, please also specify what version of the OS you're running (10.14.6, 10.15.7, 11.1, etc), what version of Photoshop (20.0.9, 21.2.3, 22.2 - recommended) and what Wacom drivers you're using (current is 6.3.42-1).
