CC 2020 had some teething problems which were resolved.
PP V14.1 is a little bit buggy due to the introduction of Productions etc but should be super stable on next update.

As soon as you drop below 60% with speed duration you run the risk of the video looking "chopp"
Optical flow was meant to have addressed this but it has its limitations as frames are interpolated and some artefacting willgenerally occur.
Next time shoo tat a higher frame rate e.g 60fp which will allow you to get "true slow motion" on a 30fps sequence

It has to be somewhere on your drive.

If the menu is animated use After Effects for the animation and Illustrator for the artwork,
Try to use vector based apps lile Indesign or Illustrator for this sort of artwork.
Vectors wlll not pixelate

Try reinstalling Adobe Creative cloud for desktop again

Once installed uninstall PP and reinstall using the desltop app
If this does not resolve the issue the common reasons for startup failures are either corrupt VST's or plugins
When yu are loading up PP keep a close eye on the splash screen and see which plugin it stops at. Generally that will be the culprit. Delete that plugin or VST and you should load up troble free. Dont use that VST or plugin again

It could be one of several problems:
1. Your preferences need a reset
2. A font you have installed might be corrupt
3. You may need to uninstall and reinstall PP
If you have any other Adobe application e.g. After Effects, PS, ID etc you can try to change fonts and see what happens.
If its fine then I would recommend an uninstall of PP and a fresh install

Using METAL for GPU acceleration makes for faster rendering
Try switiching nack to Use METAL and see if u get a dispaly. If yes continue using it and if not useb software only

Try this:
Ensure the Mercury Engine GPU acceleration (METAL) is enabled
Yo can also toggle between Software only and METAL as it tends to rectfy this issue a lot of the time

Reset :
While After Effects is starting up, press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS), and your preferences will be reset.

Hi
These things do happen from time to time
The best way to avoid having to start from scratch is to save as often as possible.
Get used to using Command+S (Mac) or Control+S (PC) as part of your workflow
Auto save is also good to enable should you not be comfortable saving manually every few minutes

The ENTER key will render only areas that need rendering i.e areas that have effects added
Most users assume the enter key is a shortcut for rendering the entire time: its not.
The best option would be to render the entire timeline manually by doing this: (see pic)

1. Are you referring to the souce or sequence monitor?
2. How did you create yiur sequence?n
3. Does your sequence match your raw footage resolution
4. Is your zoom level set to "FIT" on the souce and/or sequence monitors?

Unfortunatley its Mojave thats the culprit and not AE.
It is a very unstable OS and I would highly recommend going back to High Sierra and completing mission crtical work.
Catalina's jury is still out but it seems slightly better. Wait until its matured enough to take the leap

The lines dissapearing simply means the roto has broken on tat frame due to things like sudden movement of the cam, lighting fluctuations etc.
If you are doing complex drone shots go the Mocha Pro route to travk and rplace.
It will not ever break in Mocha
