Have you tried the Odd or Even pages setting in the print dialog box? Also, if your printer does not have a duplex feature, how is it printing both pages 1 and 3 on the same sheet? What about pages 3 and 4? You don't menetion them in your question. Please upload a screenshot ofthe print dialog box settings that you're using.

You can change the shade of yellow to whatever you like. Granted, you can't change the default 20 or do color swatches in the color picker, but it's easy to change the yellow to your preferred color and then click "Make Properties Default."

We're going to need more information. How did you create the PDF? Excel? Can you share the document or a screen grab from the document? How is your result different than what you expected? Are you working with a print shop who is requesting a press ready PDF?

By chance did you click on the green circle in the top left corner of Acrobat? That will take Acrobat into full screen mode, hiding everything else. InDesign does not have that capability. Try hovering over and then option + hovering over the little green circle to see the various view options.

I don't know the technical explanation of what is happening behind the scenes, but I do know that oftentimes, when I'm having copy and paste issues (like the extra line breaks you describe), if I use a different PDF reader (specificallyApple Preview), the text copies properly, without the extra spaces and lines breaks. There must be something that happens under the hood when you Edit the PDF, that tells Acrobat to remove all the extraneous line breaks. Aple Preview does that automatically. Maybe there is an alternative PDF reader that you can use for this purpose. I honestly think that may be easier than trying to have the vendors prepare the PDFs differently.

Set the borders to none (transparent). Buttons properties > General > hidden and read only. Options> Icon only, themn choose your image of marine life. 2. Second button is for clicking and rollovering.Add your rollover text in the tooltip. Then add two triggers, one to show the image field when the mouse enters, and the other to hide the image field when the mouse exits. I have attached a sample file for you.

I have several links that show up in the Links panel but do not have a page number associated with them. So the "Go to Link" button does not work. How can I find where these links are to delete them? I am running InDesign 17.3 on mac OS 10.15.7.

Scrolling should work when dragging thumbails around. It does for me at least. Try making your thumbnails smaller by clickingon the little mountain icon in the lower right. And you canalso expand the thumbnail panel out to the right to give the panel more screen real estate.

There's usually a drop-down in the print dialog box where you can specify if the document is to be printed in color or black and white. Most printers now have the ability to specify which pages are color and which are BW. So you may need to dig around in the Toshiba portion of the print dialog box to find that setting. Once you do, you can avoid paying the color click charge for all the BW pages.

Previosuly, did you use Adobe reader or Acrobat to make your highlights? If so, then yes, it made comments for you. But if you made your "highlights" using a non-adobe program, prehaps it simply painted a highlight mark over your document.

Based on the fact there there is no right+click contextual menu at the top toolbar, there doesn't appear to be a way to be a way to modify it as there was in previous versions. Since this is the first major update to Acrobat in about a decade (just speaking in terms of user interface), I'd like to think that that more functionality (as far as customizing the toolsets) will be added in the future. But who knows? I could be wrong. This reorganization of Acrobat appears to finally be addressing a lot of the complaints that Acrobat users were complaining about back when Acrobat DC was initially introduced. I was a very slow adopter of Acrobat DC and wrote about that here. If you like the old version of Acrobat, I'd reccomend to just keeping using it for as long as it is able to be supported on your machine. There are still a number of functions that I need to do that Acrobat just can't do, so for that reason, I always keep more multiple PDF editing/commenting programs open and running all day long.

The bottom three form fields all have the same name. If you change the names of thow bottom two, they will no longer auto populate the data from the first one.

Go old school and share the file via a dropbox download link. Each person gets a copy and they can mark it up however they want. Once everyone is done, export all the comments from the PDFs as a FDF files, then import those into the main original document. Alternatively, you could put the folder in a shared dopbox folder and each person can open it one at a time. That way, all the comments will already be in the the one document.

At first I thought it was because your layers were set to Pass Through blend mode. But I changes them to normal, and it still acted the same way. So I tried making my own line, and it showed up. So I tried once again to edit your lines and sometimes theyshowed up (like if I made them really big and a different color), and sometimes they didn't. It's a real head scratcher... I'm not familiar enough with Photoshop blend modes to help much more. I imagine that someone in the PS forum could figure this out in a heartbeat. But honestly, InDesign would be a better program choice for creating this type of thing. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. I'm very curious to see what the problem is.

This is kind of a hack workaround: Extract the page you want to draw shapes and line son. Draw your shapes and lines on that separate page. When you are done, flatten that page. Replace that page in the original document. If the page you want to draw shapes on also has form fields, you could still use the above technique, but then instead of replacng the entire page, simply use the edit tool to cut and paste your now-flattened shapes onto the desitnation document.

That's going to all deoened upon your email program, your operating system, and the type of PDF reader installed. This applies to both your computer, as well as the computer of the recipient. Why not just attach the PDF? Then when they open it, the links will work.

Use the Edit tool. First, select everything on the page, then Shift + click on the text boxes you don't want to delete. Then press delete. Now go to your new PDF, and using the Edit tool, select everything. Go back to the destination PDF and paste.
