I was doing a Fade In and Fade Out using Adobe Audition CC. I noticed that the only way to reverse the Fade In or Fade Out was to go to the History and select the previous Fade version. Is this the only way to undo a Fade In and Fade Out?

I went over your replay. help them growth their business by providing high quality instruction This is a paradigm I have to take on. I should have been there already. The whole time I have been thinking about getting a full time, about job security.... This is all fine and good, but it's all about how I can help a business solve their issues... what I can do for them. Indeed I do know I have a lot to offer an employer. But now it's time to also seek out business and be a problem solver. I decided that it was time to refocus and use the broad range of skills that I possess elsewhere. Like you I also have a broad range of skills. I started out as a full time flash designer for an online greeting card website. That was when I was 39 years old in 2000. I already knew Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Since then I have taken on a broad range of Adobe skills including non Adobe Skills. It's a lot of fun. The challenge is keeping up on it all. But it's fun. I simply broadcast my skills and availability and sure enough received numerous offers. I have to broadcast my skills with a completed website. I want to take on other avenues as well. Age is irrelevant in the digital world. Awesome! Improve your range of skills to work with all aspects of digital media. Indeed! That's just what I am doing. Stretch your mind as well as your skill set. I like the way you think!

Once again you make so much sense. You have directed me so much in my career in eLearning more than anyone else. And I am afraid I was one of those people who asked you question after question about Adobe Captivate. And you were always gracious and patient to answer them for me. I remain very grateful. You're right, it's time to reflect on what I want to do and where I want to go. If I want to continue in this field I really need to: Complete my website ( I have a temporary portfolio link that was created using Adobe Captivate) Create a YouTube channel Create a blog Brand myself over social media The issue is, I not only want to do eLearning, but other skills that encompass web design and digital media. I just completed an interview for a creative position for a non-profit organization. They want someone to take charge creating their creative department. Hello everyone, I am given simulations from another department using Adobe Captivate 2017. This simulation includes a mouse path. After I duplicate the slide the mouse pointer disappears. However, the mouse is still in the timeline. Can anyone give me a solution on how to duplicate a simulation slide without losing the mouse animation? Thanks for your help.

We are using Captivate 2017 When we duplicate a slide that was created in simulation mode, the mouse path does not show up. How can we make the mouse path appear? Also, is there a way to change the starting point of the mouse path? We can change the end point but not that starting point. In addition, the text to caption does not complete before the next text to caption starts appearing. How might we correct this? One more thing. Captivate is not previewing in the browser. After downloading and installing Adobe Captivate 2019 on my Mac, I now versions 2019 and 2017. The other day a message box popped up stating I could update to 2019 when I opened Captivate 2017. I did not do anything. I was hoping to take a screen shot to display here. Strangely, it did not open this time. I know it's easy enough to just drag Captivate 2017 to the trash. However, I want to do this correctly. Does anyone have directions on how I should uninstall Captivate 2017 so and keep Captivate 2019? Thanks

I would like to seek input on how other Captivate professionals go about their curriculum planning. I hope to come up with a few short Captivate projects for my portfolio using Adobe Captivate 2019. How short would you think these eLearning modules should be? I want to have several modules teaching on several different subjects and this is the reason for keeping them short. I have a job interview coming up. This firm will want responsive eLearning done with Captivate 2017. Before going into production with your responsive eLearning do you plan out how each slide will look? This make sense to me. In addition, I would have to choose if I am going to use fluid boxes or break points. I really admire the animation this company creates: https://www.youtube.com/user/TheInfographicsShow/videos I know I would have to design all the poses within Adobe Illustrator and bring them into Adobe After Effects. But would it be a time saver to bring them into Adobe Animator CC first as a means of speeding up the animation? I'm wondering approximately how long it would take to make, say, a 2 minute video.

I don't have experience using an LMS yet. I just completed watching a Lynda.com video on Moodle. It looks like the Moodle LMS would allow me to create quizzes instead of using Captivate. Am I correct is stating that this is the case? Or, is Captivate's quizes and an LMS integrated together? The way I see it now, I would upload the Captivate course and then use the LMS to create the quiz as a means of using the grading functions. Am I correct? Thanks

Turns out when I had the manager slides in one group and the non manager slides in another group, and I removed the jump to slides and replaced them with Go To The Next Slide it fixed the problem. I should not have had a Manager Slide then a Non Manager Slide in the first place. All the Jump To Slides caused Captivate to freeze. There simply were too many Jump To Slides.
