Hi syed_tahseen_5866, Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused. If you are referring to adding a signature to a document that has already been signed, it is not possible. Once the document is signed, it is encrypted for security reasons, and you cannot make any further changes. If you wish to add the signature, try the workaround. Print the file to Adobe PDF and select the print as image option under the Advanced tab in the print window. As you do not need the Acrobat add-in in Microsoft 365 applications, you may customize the installation with the Acrobat Customization Wizard. You may try modifying the Windows Registry to prevent the add-in from loading: - Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\<App>\Addins\PDFMaker.OfficeAddin - Change the LoadBehavior value to 0 to disable it. - You may also need to add a DoNotDisableAddinList key under: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\<App>\Resiliency - And set PDFMaker.OfficeAddin to 1. If you are having problems only with the network file and can open the PDFs saved locally, please make sure that you have the required permissions for the network location. Also, please try downloading the file from the network location and saving it locally. Then check if you can open the PDF in Acrobat. Check if you can open the files.
