Since the values the values the "print" people know will change with the device used to display your content, it is tough to make any rules. We have made some headway on the color front, but only on displays that are properly configured. Because the display size can change, any conversion from points to pixels is meaningless - do you want the conversion for a 40" monitor or a 60" monitor? They both display the same number of pixels. The best you can offer is to mock up some facsimiles in Photoshop or After Effects and get the ratios correct as far as tracking, leading, aspect, etc. Then create some templates and use those for all your graphic creation. You will need quite a few templates, and it will take some time to discover all the types of graphics that will be needed. Folks like ESPN have hundreds of templates for their graphics and you can't create graphics for them on the fly - everything has to come from a template.
