At the bottom right of this page there is a chat icon (circle with speech bubble and 3 dots). You can start a support chat there, or, once the chat is opened, you can select the 3 dots to find a phone number in "more contact options".

Does this happen with any CD? It's been a long time since I did this, and I don't have a CD reader anymore. As a workaround, you could try another app, like the free VLC media player.

Audition doesn't detect BPM. You can set the time display to BPM, but it doesn't affect the track's content. If you know the BPM of your loop, you can set the display to match, and set snapping on to help your editing. You can read about working with loops here. Time stretching is covered here.

Two ways to do that: if you want the effect simply on for a portion, then off, the easiest way is to use the razor tool to cut the track into clips, and apply the effect to the clip rather than the track. See this page. If you want to fade an effect in and out , or vary its strength, you can use automation to adjust the the effect over time, moving from "wet" (effect applied 100%) to "dry" (0%—no audible process). Yes, effects can be applied to a single track. Audition's multitrack mode doesn't actually require you to use more than one track. (Well, I guess in a way it does: your single track and the mix track.) Hope I've understood you.

First of all, the original 6 channel source: are any of those channels cleaner? Secondly, the noise reduction often works best with several "gentle passes". Also, eq can help to remove unwanted noise outside the speaker's range. Adobe Podcast can help, but because it re-synthesizes the voices, things can get weird. And there a number of third party plugins that can help. Waves Clarity, dxRevive, Acon's extact:dialogue, Supertone Clear, Crumplepop Audio denoise. Many of these have trial versions.

If I understand correctly, you want to "ramp" the track. You need to do this in the waveform view, so it's "destructive"...work on a copy of the file: Select Effects...Time and Pitch...Process Then choose "Audition" algorithm, set initial to 100% and final stretch as desired. See attached shots.

Not sure. Looks like it only has 4 outputs. There are plugins to simulate 5.1 with headphones. I can't say how well they work. Waves Nx is one.
