How do you know they want RBG for your .pdf?
if print digital (small quantities), RBG is the color profile I found most printers have asked from me.
if you are doing offset ( large print runs) CYMK is your color profile. And adobe indesign can handle outputting all of those RBG images. You don't need to convert/change color profiles in linked photoshop files/images
a .pdf interactive exports to RBG ( you can export to this format is doing digital) and .pdf for print is the profile for exporting for offset printing
I would recommend you figure out your print quantity, next ask your printer how they would like files from your. I have worked with larger printers who like a .pdf and the packaged files to troubleshoot things themselves if needed as long as it was not copy or layout related.

you can't..... you need the "packaged indesign files" from the designer. ask for that. It should be a folder with the indesign file, a .idml file, a folder called fonts with all of the fonts used in the layout, and a folder called links with all of the linked art.

The .pdf format does not support animation. Look at publish online so instead of .pdf format you export to html

publish online is free with your adobe subscription via indesign.

could you use a google form which you place as a web overlay in your publish online file?
As in you layout from indesign, create the form from google forms with the questions you need responces to, place that in indesign, publish online, and send that file to clients?

I do it this way:
1. make paragraph styles in your certificate file before you run your data merge
2. make a TOC that reads those style
3. have the TOC float outside the art board in the first page, update it before making the .pdf
4. run data merge
5. Make a .pdf for print and include bookmarks
6. from acrobat open the 350 page .pdf
7. From acrobat go to organize pages and split, before you run the split go to the output option and choose to save separate files and named them using the bookmark names.
Hope this helps. I do this every year for a client, run 2500 certificates. For us the certificate number is a serial number, so they want the certificates to be saved all individually plus for the file name to be the serial numbers in the certificate from the data merge.

Hello folks,
I have a references section in a layout. One of the entries in the references has a link/url to a page.
This one:
And this is that url:

Issue is that if i click that url from the .pdf. the webpage that opens looks like this:
If i am to manually copy and paste the same url from the .pdf and the web browswer, it works. Why is this not working?

A. Are you exporting an image from photoshop and placing that image on PowerPoint?
B. When you print from your computer, what program are you printing from?
C. Have you tried exporting an image, opening it in acrobat and printing from acrobat?
